- 10 large ripe tomatoes or 2 large cans of tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 chili pepper, 5 or 6 in. long, chopped fine
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper (more or less depending on how hot you want it), chopped fine
- 1 can of rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 1/2 tsp Vegie seasoning or Mrs. Dash's seasoning
- 1/8 tsp of red pepper
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 cup of fresh cilantro or 1/2 tsp dry cilantro
Directions

1Chop the tomatoes fine and add all the chopped onion, peppers, diced tomatoes and chilies and seasoning.

2Cook over slow burner 30 to 45 minutes.

3Cool and eat with chips.

4It also makes great taco sauce.

5You can add more hot peppers.

6I let people add their own if they want it hotter.
