- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In large bowl, toss tomatoes, onion and garlic.

2Add chopped jalapeno to tomato mixture with parsley.

3Toss with vinegar and mix with salt, pepper and cumin.
