  • 4 medium fresh tomatoes, cut into small cubes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped sweet or green onion
  • 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 6 to 8 finely chopped jalapenos (fresh)
  • 2 stalks finely chopped celery
