- 24 tomatoes
- 12 jalapeno peppers
- 7 onions
- 1/4 c. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Put tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic in food processor. (Remove skins from tomatoes; also remove seeds from peppers for milder salsa.)

2Add sugar, salt and vinegar.

3Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Put in jars.

5Heat lids before putting on jars.
