  • 1 c. diced green bell pepper
  • 4 oz. green chilies, seeded and diced
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
