- 1 gal. peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 hot peppers, chopped
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Remove seeds from peppers.

2Use plastic gloves and keep away from face.

3Chop and cook peppers in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

4For milder sauce, drain water and boil again with fresh water.

5Mix cornstarch with a little water.

6Slowly add to peppers.

7Mix the rest of ingredients and cook until it thickens.
