  • 4 green onions
  • 3 medium vine-ripe red tomatoes
  • 2 jalapenos, seeded
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 6 ounces tomato juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    Dice the green onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and green peppers and blend together.

    Add the red onions.

    Mince the cilantro and add to the vegetables.

    Add the vinegar and finish with the tomato juice.
