  • 5 gal. tomatoes
  • 1 gal. medium hot banana peppers
  • 1 gal. bell peppers
  • 5 c. vinegar
  • 2 lb. onions or dried onions
  • 2 3/4 c. pickling salt
  • 2 large cans tomato puree
  • 3 pkg. chili mix
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder

    Pour into hot canning jars, already cleaned and prepared.
