- 3 sticks celery
- 3 onions
- 6 c. cornbread, crumbled
- 3 c. biscuits, crumbled
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- juice from turkey parts
Directions

1Cook turkey parts like wings, giblets, neck parts, etc.

2Take meat off the parts.

3Save the juice for dressing and giblet gravy. Use the neck for giblet gravy, wings and other for dressing.

4Cut up celery and onions.

5Put in cornbread and biscuits.

6Add poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and juice from turkey parts.

7Mix all ingredients into a greased glass dish.

8Make soupy.

9Bake at 400° for 1 hour, until done.
