  • 1 (10 ounce) canpetite diced tomatoes with jalapenos and cilantro
  • 13 medium yellow onion
  • 14 medium jalapeno
  • 2 teaspoons canned green chilies
  • 12 lime, freshly squeezed juice
  • 14 teaspoon cumin
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 pinches sugar
  • 1 pinch himalayan salt

    Place all ingredients in the blender .

    Use chop option, if available, otherwise pulse blender to avoid puree, unless you prefer non-chunky salsa -- which is a bastardized version of salsa, but your mother wasn't ever overly impressed with you anyway.

    It's best to let sit for at least 2 hours in the fridge, but if you can give it a night, go for it -- because it will taste boss the next day!
