- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 1 large white onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 small green chili peppers (fresh)
Directions

1Chop up tomatoes and put with juice into bowl.

2Chop onion, garlic and bell peppers; add to tomatoes.

3For mild salsa, remove all seeds from chili peppers.

4Slice peppers and add.

5For hotter salsa, add a few seeds.

6Add salt and pepper.

7Do not cook.

8Place all ingredients in a quart Mason jar.

9Refrigerate.

10Allow 24 hours for all flavors to blend.
