  • 2 c. tomatoes (peeled and minced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 celery stalk (diced)
  • 1 green pepper (diced)
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 green chili (minced)

Directions

    Combine tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, vinegar, sugar and chili.

    Blend well.

    If a finer texture is desired, the salsa may be put through food grinder, using fine blade.

    Cover tightly and refrigerateovernight.

    Serve cool with meat dishes.
