- 4 large tomatoes, grilled, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 to 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
- chicken stock
- salt
Directions

1Combine the grilled tomatoes with peppers and garlic; blend to a puree.

2Cook onion in oil until opaque.

3Add tomato mixture and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer raw tasting.

4The mixture should be smooth.

5Add chicken stock if too thick.

6Season with salt to taste.
