- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. fresh jalapeno pepper (approximately 1/2 small seeded pepper)
- 1 to 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
