- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. hot or medium salsa (Chi Chi's)

1Brown sausage over medium heat.

2Drain the grease off the sausage.

3In a medium size casserole dish, mix the salsa and the sausage together.

4Then cut 1/2-inch square cubes of cheese and add them to the salsa.

5Place dish in microwave and heat for about 3 minutes.

6Stir salsa thoroughly.

7Complete this cycle until cheese is thoroughly melted.
