  • 3 tomatoes - chopped
  • 1 small onion - diced
  • 1 brick of cheddar/jack cheese - cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  • 2-3 jalapenos - chopped
  • 1-2 T. jalapeno juice
  • 1 (15 oz) can tomato puree

Directions

    Run tomatoes briefly (10 seconds) in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Dip with tortilla chips.
