Ingredients
- 3 ripe roma tomatoes
- 3 cilantro stems, with leaves
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 peeled and sliced garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon diced red onion
Directions

1Put all ingredients except red onions and green onions in a blender or food processor.

2Blend until smooth.

3Pour into an air tight container and add green and red onions.

4Stir salsa and close your container.

5Refrigerate for at least an hour.
