  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 c. 2 percent milk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 packet Equal

Directions

    Put all in blender and blend until thick and frothy.

    Good. Any frozen fruit wil work.

    If you like sherbet, try substituting orange juice for the milk and frozen fresh peaches for the banana, 3 or more Equal and 2 to 3 drops almond flavoring instead of vanilla.

    Tangy and delicious.
