- 1 c. 2 percent milk
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 packet Equal
Directions

1Put all in blender and blend until thick and frothy.

2Good. Any frozen fruit wil work.

3If you like sherbet, try substituting orange juice for the milk and frozen fresh peaches for the banana, 3 or more Equal and 2 to 3 drops almond flavoring instead of vanilla.
