Ingredients

  • 500 grams shrimps
  • 12 large mussels
  • 8 crab sticks
  • 2 large tuna tins
  • 150 grams salmon
  • 150 grams squid rings
  • 2 large onions
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 500 ml tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp capers
  • 12 whole green olives
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh and chopped parsley

Directions

    Chop onions.

    Fry chopped onions till they turn to a light brown.

    Add all the seafood.

    Add white wine.

    Leave on medium heat for 10 mins.

    Add tomato puree, olives, capers and bay leaves.

    Leave for another 10 mins on low heat.

    To decorate add chopped parsley.

    Serve with your favourite pasta.
