  • 2 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 1 jar hot Chi-Chi's salsa

Directions

    Empty Jell-O into 2 cups of boiling water.

    Add rest of ingredients and mix together.

    Pour into mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
