- 1 whole Pork Roast Bone-In
- 1 jar (about 16 Oz. Jar) Salsa
Directions

1Trim most of the excess fat off the roast.

2Place the roast in a crock pot and cover with the salsa.

3Cook all day (8-10 hours) on low, or you can cook it all night on low.

4In the morning or after it has cooked all day, remove the roast from the crock pot, trim the remaining fat, and begin shredding the meat.

5Save the salsa sauce for drizzling over the meat.

6Great served as pork fajitas, pork enchiladas, shredded pork sandwiches (really good on onion rolls) or even over mashed potatoes.
