  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup coarsely chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste

    Pulse first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor 5 to 6 times or just until chopped and combined. Season with salt to taste. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
