  • 5-6 Roma tomatoes (or 2-3 large)
  • white onion
  • cilantro
  • jalapeno (or serrano) pepper
  • fresh lime juice
  • sea salt

    Per Rosa, first chop jalapeno peppers and add to small bowl with freshly squeezed juice of one lime. Set aside while chopping/assembling the rest. Tomato to onion ratio around 2 to 1 (tomato to onion) but all amounts are to taste.
