  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1/2 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 lemon
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3/4 c fruity green olive oil

    Remove the pulp from the lemon and cut peel into fine slices. Using hand blender, mash the herbs, all lemon, garlic and oil, season with salt.
