  • 500 g tomatillos
  • 8 serrano peppers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 onion
  • 2 cilantro stems

Directions

    Grill tomatillos and serrano chiles.

    In a food processor, blend garlic, peppers, salt, onions & half of the cilantro.

    Serve on a dish and sprinkle remaining chopped cilantro.
