  • 1/4 lb. tomatillos or green tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 green pepper, quartered
  • 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 serrano or jalapeno pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

    Place all ingredients in food processor until firmly chopped. Spoon some sauce on top of chilled mussels.
