  • 1/3 cups Cocoa Powder
  • 3/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/3 cups Boiling Water
  • 3-1/2 cups Milk
  • 3/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cups Godiva Or Bailey's Liqueur
  • 1/2 cups Heavy Cream, Whipped And Sugared
  • Cocoa Powder And Cinnamon, For Sprinkling

Directions

    Combine the cocoa and sugar in a saucepan. Blend in the boiling water. Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir. Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes. Watch that it doesn't scorch. Stir in milk and heat until very hot, but do not boil!

    Remove from heat and add vanilla, sea salt and liqueur. Divide between 4 mugs. Add the whipped cream to the mugs of cocoa to cool it to drinking temperature. Sprinkle with cocoa and cinnamon.
