  • 1 qt shelled pecans
  • 1/4 lb pound butter ormargaine
  • Salt to taste
  • Celery salt or cayenne pepper as desired

Directions

    Melt butter in large shallow pan.

    Add pecans and stir until nuts are well coated.

    Bake in 300 degree oven 10 minutes.

    Remove and salt.

    Bake 5-10 minutes longer.
