- 6 strips smoked ham
- 12 fresh sage leaves
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Flatten veal scallops and ham strips with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin; cut veal and ham strips in half.

2On top of each piece of veal, place a strip of ham and one sage leaf Keep in place with a toothpick.

3Cook flat on the plancha for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

4Season with salt and pepper then serve.
