  • 6 veal scallops
  • 6 strips smoked ham
  • 12 fresh sage leaves
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Directions

    Flatten veal scallops and ham strips with a meat tenderizer or rolling pin; cut veal and ham strips in half.

    On top of each piece of veal, place a strip of ham and one sage leaf Keep in place with a toothpick.

    Cook flat on the plancha for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

    Season with salt and pepper then serve.

    Serving Suggestion: This goes well with spicy tomato sauce.
