- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 2 slices ham
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- Fresh sage or basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
Directions

1Flatten chicken breasts by placing between plastic wrap and pounding with a mallet.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Place ham, cheese and sage on breasts and fold over.

4Secure breasts with toothpicks.

5In a large nonstick skillet heat oil.

6Cook garlic until golden brown then remove from pan with a slotted spoon.

7Coat chicken breasts lightly with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

8Add chicken breasts to skillet and saute until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side
