- 1/4 cup butter
- garlic salt
- sea salt (or regular)
- 1 lb pecan halves
Directions

1Melt butter to cover the bottom of the pan - about 1/2 stick or + for a pound of pecan halves.

2Sprinkle garlic salt on butter.

3Sprinkle sea salt (or regular) on butter.

4Pour in 1 lb pecan halves.

5Stir.

6Sprinkle a little more salt.

7Bake 250 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring 3 or 4 times.

8Pour on newspaper to drain.

9When cool, store in 'fridge.
