- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 -24 oz can tomato sauce or pasta sauce
- 1 -15.5 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Brown ground chicken in a large skillet.

2Drain and set aside.

3In the same skillet saute tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic and red onions in olive oil until tender.

4Add chicken to veggies.

5Stir in sauce, seasonings and water.

6Simmer for 30 minutes covered on low heat.

7Serve with grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions or your favorite toppings.
