  • 100 grams Butter
  • 90 grams White Sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 150 grams Flour

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt and brown butter, then cool.

    Mix sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Add butter to the mix and whip. Add flour and stir carefully.

    Shape the dough into mini quenelles with 2 teaspoons. Place on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake 15 minutes.
