- 1 c. pecans, broken in small chunks
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla
Directions

1Cream margarine and shortening until smooth.

2Add vanilla. Beat in confectioners sugar gradually.

3Beat in flour gradually. Use hands to mix in pecans which have been chopped or broken coarsely.

4Roll in cocoon shapes and bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 15 to 20 minutes until light brown at 350°.

5Roll in confectioners sugar just before serving.
