  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Cream the butter until soft.
  2. 2
    Add sugar, pecans and flour, mixing well. Shape into balls or crescents and bake in a 300° oven on ungreased baking sheets for 45 minutes. While hot, roll balls or crescents in powdered sugar. Roll again after all have been rolled once.
