  • 1 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecan meats

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add vanilla and water.

    Add flour; mix well and add pecan meats.

    Form small balls or rolls 1 1/2 inches long.

    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven (300°) for 20 minutes or until delicately browned.

    While hot, roll in confectioners sugar.
