- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecan meats
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add vanilla and water.

3Add flour; mix well and add pecan meats.

4Form small balls or rolls 1 1/2 inches long.

5Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven (300°) for 20 minutes or until delicately browned.

6While hot, roll in confectioners sugar.
