- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place eggs and enough water to cover in stainless boiler. Bring to a boil and boil exactly 10 minutes.

2Remove from heat and pour off boiling water.

3Cover with cold water and a few pieces of ice.

4Let set a few minutes.

5Remove shells and slice lengthwise. Remove yolks and put in separate container.

6Mash.
-
7To mashed yolks, add seasonings and beat until fluffy.

8Refill whites of eggs and garnish with paprika, a sprig of parsley or any desired garnish.

9Makes plenty.
