  • 34 lb ground beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon rosemary
  • 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

    Season ground beef with salt and pepper.

    Brown in skillet with pork sausage until brown and crumbly.

    Stir in rosemary, garlic, parmesan, and tomato sauce and simmer to reduce liquid.

    Cut off top of french bread in horizontal slice and hollow out bread from inside, leaving crust 1/4 - 1/2 in shell.

    Sprinkle half the mozzarella in shell, then all of the meat mixture, and then the remaining mozzarella.

    Replace top of bread.

    Wrap in foil and place in baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min ubtil heated through.
