  • 1 (750 ml) bottle Portuguese Vinho Verde
  • 3/4 cup simple syrup (page 154)
  • 3/4 cup Massenez creme de peche
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup seeded and cubed cantaloupe
  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

Directions

    Combine the wine, syrup, creme de peche, and juice in a large bowl until well mixed.

    Add the fruits and refrigerate overnight.

    Serve from pitchers filled with lots of ice.
