  • 1/2 c. chopped purple onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro (green leafy vegetables)
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried whole oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
