- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 34 cup corn
- 1 small onion
- 1 bell pepper (red or orange)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- chicken breasts, pork (optional) or shrimp (optional)
Directions

1Cook rice as directed, adding beef boullion to water.
