  • olive oil
  • 2 cups rice, Cooked
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 34 cup corn
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bell pepper (red or orange)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • chicken breasts, pork (optional) or shrimp (optional)

Directions

    Cook rice as directed, adding beef boullion to water.

    In Wok, heat oil, cook meat.
