- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 12 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 pkg. (9 pieces) lasagne
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In large heavy pan, lightly brown beef and onion in oil. Drain.

2Add tomatoes (put through blender), paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, pepper and oregano.

3Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes.
