- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- salt and pepper
- 6 Tbsp. rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water
- 1 large head cabbage
- large pot water
Directions

1Remove the core from a head of cabbage.

2Put the head in a large pot of boiling water to which 1 tablespoon salt was added. Cook 5 minutes, until leaves soften a bit.

3Meanwhile, fry garlic and onion in oil until soft.

4Add meat and fry until brown.

5Turn off heat and add seasonings and rice.

6Let cool and add eggs.

7Mix well.
