- 1 bunch Kale (large Bunch)
- 4 Tablespoons Hot Chili Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Pomegranate Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Sea Salt
Directions

1Wash kale and cut off stalks.

2Cut kale into 1-2 pieces.

3In a big bowl mix the kale with the oil, vinegar and salt until well coated (use your hands).

4Place onto a parchment sheet lined baking tray.

5Cook at 350 F for 12-15 minutes, until dark green and crispy.
