  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope spaghetti sauce mix
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. raw instant rice
  • 1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices

    Brown ground beef with onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
