  • 400g lean beef / veal mince
  • 400g lean pork mince
  • 1 onion, coarsely grated King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated carrot Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT* Light Crunchy Peanut Spread
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, being careful not to overmix.

    Place the mixture in a greased-lined loaf tin; pressing down gently.

    Cook at 180C for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cooked through.

    Rest for 5 minutes.

    Slice meatloaf and serve drizzled with pan juices.
