- 3 chopped onions
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed or sliced
- 3 eggs
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- nutmeg to taste
Directions

1Fry and crumble bacon.

2Fry onions in bacon fat.

5Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings.

7Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then turn to 325° for 20 minutes or until set.
