- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. red cooking wine
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Chop onions and bell pepper; saute in butter until tender. Add lemon juice, parsley, basil, salt and pepper.

2Mix cornstarch with water.

3Add to vegetable mixture along with the red wine. Stir until mixture thickens.

4Spoon over baked or broiled fish.
