- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- dash of black pepper
- 3 to 4 drops hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 6 to 8 shrimp
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients and pour over a pound of fresh or frozen fish.
