- 1 jar (12 oz.) peach preserves
- 1 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 lb. frankfurters (10 per lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 orange slice, halved
Directions

1In a 3-quart saucepan, stir preserves and barbecue sauce. Diagonally cut frankfurters into 3/4-inch pieces; add to saucepan. Stirring over medium heat, bring to a boil and simmer until meat pieces are plumped.

2Remove from heat.

3In a small bowl, stir water into cornstarch until smooth.

4Stir into hot mixture.

5Return to heat and boil for 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened.

6Transfer to a chafing dish.

7Garnish with orange slice.

8Serve hot with wooden picks.
